There are some simple things that can be done to to improve yourself by alkalizing your body. One of the first things you need to do is learn more about alkalizing. If you know why it works, you will be more likely to make it work. If you buy one of great books available on how to alkalize your body and have good health, you may get overwhelmed. You must think of these books at the ideal or end result. You must start slow to increase your chances of success. Unless you are terminally ill, you have time to ease into this. If you do have a serious health problem, you will have the motivation to make all the changes at once.
Once you get going, you need to do a little research and make some real plans for your life. A “free day” may be the thing that helps you get through the rest of the week. This will help you stick to your plan and once you alkalize and energize, your body can handle a little bit of less than perfect food. From experience, though, I can tell you that after you alkalize your body and improve your health, you will most likely feel crappy after you eat a bunch of fast food and won’t want to do it very often. The funny thing is that this crappy way you feel after eating junk food is the way you probably feel now, but you don’t have a reference point of really feeling well yet.
Here’s your list to get started on alkalizing your body for good health. These things may feel like a big challenge now, but once you get alkalized, you will learn that nothing tastes as good as being truly healthy feels.
* Super hydrate yourself. You will want to to drink at least half your bodyweight in ounces of water. You should also avoid caffeinated and sugary beverages. I know this can seem very overwhelming, but don’t worry about being perfect. Stressing out about being perfect defeats your efforts because it creates acid in your body. Don’t focus on perfection, make sure you are making progress. Just focus on reducing or elminating a particular acidic food (the key is the or) When you think about it this way, you shouldn’t be so stressed out about being perfect. As with many things, additude is everything so make sure you don’t sabotage your efforts to alkalize!
